Keene Vindicated, Innocent

Yesterday, a jury of nine Dominicans in the High Court here unanimously found that I was innocent of a bogus arrest charge some 2 and 1/2 years ago on Feb. 6, 2009. At that time I was buying scrap gold and silver as a public service and as an investment, and cooperating with police by keeping records of who sold what on what dates, to assist police in law enforcement.
